Our Basic Engineering Services Include:
- Plot Plan: We prepare a preliminary plan as per ruling statutory requirements for the process plant.
- Preparing General Arrangement Drawings: We prepare General arrangement drawings of various subareas to ensure all major equipments are placed properly as per statutory requirements and also ensure ease of operation and maintenance of the equipment is taken care of.
- Estimation of Power Requirement for Power Distribution System and Illumination Engineering: Complete load calculation of the Plant is done to arrive at power requirements including lux level calculation of various areas and its lighting load.
- Key Single Line Diagram: The entire load then calculated is graphically shown in the single-line diagram (SLD) in a simplified notation for representing a three-phase power system distribution throughout the plant.
- System-wise design criteria document: The document developed during this course of a project provides a comprehensive process design report useful for preparing detail engineering design service package or design scope manual.
- Equipment sizing calculation: This includes various major equipments like Transformer, Motor, Cables, UPS, Control Valves, Flow Elements etc.
- Flow diagram, Operation & Control philosophy: We Study the major and critical processes in the plant and represent them in a pictorial form which is easy to understand. With an in-depth knowledge of the control systems, our team in consultation with the clients operations team prepares the operation and control philosophy which can further be used to develop plant control logics.
- Schedule of quantities: Based on the scope of work, we derive the detailed bill of material which can be used to arrive at the cost of the complete work.
- Hazardous Area Classification Drawings: A hazardous area classification drawing outlines the classifications of areas where flammable liquids, gasses or vapors are handed, processed or stored. Herein we uniquely identify the different levels of Hazardous areas and classify them on the Plot Plan
- Preparation of equipment specifications: Equipments are the building blocks for all types of EPC projects. Project requirements are turned into equipment specification to meet the required functions of the Plant.
- Preparation of preliminary Layouts for Statutory approvals e.g. Equipment layouts, Cable Tray / Trench Layouts: We ensure that we have adhered strictly to all the legalities, regulatory and statutory requirements while preparing the layouts so that approvals can be sought easily.
- Earthing & Lightning Protection Layouts and Lighting Layouts including Distribution Schedules:
- Fire Alarm System, F&G & PA System: Prepare specification and layout for fire detection and alarm system, Fire and Gas detection system and Public Address System.
- CCTV, Access Control System: We will prepare BOM specification and layout for CCTV and Access Control System.
